Art
Carnage is a neo-jugband with a bit of a Texas drawl and some Cajun spice.
The music is in the tradition of various American folk icons: Gus Cannon,
Bill Broonzey, Bo Carter, Bob Wills, the Balfa Brothers, Robert Johnson,
Georgia Tom Dorsey and Tampa Red, and others that shaped American popular
music in the early to mid 1900s.
This is not, however, a museum collection of fragile artifacts. This is vital, living, and energetic music. Art Carnage brings it all back to life, and it's guaranteed to soothe your soul and move your feet!
